Key Purpose of Role:
An opportunity has arisen for the role of Temporary Customer Service Administrator within the Windows and Doors Division. In this role you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional customer care for a wide range of clients.
Interactions with our customers will be by telephone, email and letter, the successful applicant must be dedicated to delivering complete customer satisfaction. The role involves handling multiple accounts, the scheduling of aftercare visits and recording information on customer relationship software. There will also be an element of credit control and providing an administrative function to our wider operations team.
The Person/Skills required:
• Dedicated to delivering complete customer satisfaction
• Ability to prioritise and organise work activities with customer needs in mind
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal colleagues and customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Outgoing, forward thinking and adaptable
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Minimum of GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent)
• Excellent IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft office products
• Experience in credit control processes and procedures
• Experience of managing data through a database and/or Microsoft excel
Desirable Skills & Experience:
• Experience in the windows and door or home improvement sector would be advantageous but not necessary
