We are actively monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and taking steps to help keep our staff and customers safe, whilst maintaining where possible a high standard of customer service and responsiveness.
Protecting our employees and customers
As our employees often interact with customers and the general public, we have taken the following steps to limit exposure to the virus.
• Limiting the size of meetings
• Investigating remote-work solutions
• Reinforcing safe behaviour in every environment – from customer homes and businesses to our stores and offices.
• Providing hand sanitizers to all our customer facing staff and installers.
We are in continuous communication with our employees reminding them about the importance of social distancing, good hygiene and in line with current government guidelines any employees who feel ill have been told to not report to work.
Keep us informed
To ensure both ours and your safety we would ask that customers ensure that our working environment in your homes is also kept safe. If there is illness in your home or you are self-isolating please ensure that we are informed (call numbers below) with as much notice as possible so that appropriate steps can be taken to re-organise works.

Disruption of Service
It is possible that there may be some disruption to our service in the coming period – we will take all necessary steps to mitigate this. If our installation or aftercare service is disrupted or delayed in anyway we will attempt to advise our customers with as much notice as possible.
