At Turkington Windows & Conservatories we have been installing windows since 1982. Over that time, we have been the market leader in bringing forward the new and improved generations of double glazing for improved security, acoustic and thermal properties. What is Double Glazing?

The basic concept for double-glazed windows is that by trapping a layer of air or gas – a natural insulator – between two sheets of glass, the amount of heat leaving your home is dramatically cut.

At Turkingtons we use utilise the most modern materials available. Our market leading double glazing now incorporates a 90% Argon gas fill cavity, Planitherm Total + heat reflective coating and a warm edge spacer bar. These are fitted into our Superior robust multi-chambered reinforced uPVC frame.
