What's covered
Our 10-year guarantee covers product defects, seal failures (condensation between panes), hardware failures, and frame deterioration under normal use. Our workmanship warranty covers any issues arising from the installation itself, including water ingress, draughts, or operation problems caused by incorrect fitting.
